svn delete set of folders

actually i wanna do something like ...suppose there are 15 folders (each starting with name "folder_***") in svn and I want to do svn delete on all the folders which were created on or before previous month (say current mnth is sept so svn delete folders created upto august.

Any sample windows bat script or alternative to do so.
