Setup permissions for user using script

hi all,

am using visualSVN server 2.5.1 on windows 7.

I need to set permissions for the user to particular folder. how can i set by using script.

pls suggest sample script to do this.

I have found script to display all permissions in the http://www.svnforum.org/threads/3879...-or-Viusal-SVN link.

I need to set permissions by using the script like above.
